About Us

Francis and Georgie Mander have lived at Heath Barn together with their family for twenty five years. They have a love of nature and outdoor activities.

Science, collecting and travel runs in the family as well as a interesting collection of friends from all over the world. Georgie’s family is even connected to the captain of the Beagle, Robert Fitzroy, who sailed the seas with his pupil Darwin on his travels. This passion for wildlife and the great outdoors lives on here, at WildWoodBluebell. Francis is a famous social photographer, with a bit of a ‘wild’ side himself – he loves a party!

The farm consists of two hundred acres of which sixty are ancient woodland. Primrose and bluebells are in abundance and enchanting streams run through the trees, flora and fauna.

The Manders look forward to welcoming you to WildWoodBluebell.
