“We had a truly splendid stay. The bell tents were beautifully equipped, and the facilities were better than expected. We loved all the garden games that were available to us and so much thought, and Care had been put into how to have a great time whilst on the site. Georgie was a pleasure to work with, and we found the whole experience to be hugely enjoyable. All of the communication was easy and nothing was too much trouble. On the same day that we left, we were already talking about going back. Thank you for hosting us.”

By Car

From Stow continue on the Fosseway A429 past Tesco on your right.  After approximately 1.5 miles, see crossroads to Donnington LH and Broadwell RH continue straight on the main road for another 400 metres and look out for driveway entrance with white cottages and wrought iron gates (entrance to neighbours)  take next RH driveway entrance onto farm track with white fencing.  See signs to WildWoodBluebell/Heath Barn.  Please take care when exiting/joining this main road as it is very busy.

We recommend arriving in daylight hours and getting to know the site and the surrounding area.  Parking is provided by  Mundays Meadow, please follow the signs on the farm track for Mundays Meadow and for the huts to Heath Barn and park on the gravel facing the field.    A short stroll across the field will take you to the woods, follow the path into the woods and you will easily find your hut nestled amongst the trees.   If the conditions are dry you can park outside the woods by the barrels.

By Train

We recommend having a car on site if you want to visit the Cotswolds during your stay.  The nearest station is Moreton-in-Marsh (5 minutes drive).  There are a limited number of taxis in the area so be sure to book in advance.   Alternatively take the footpath to our farm approximately (2 miles) for the adventurous outdoor hikers!  Or do bring bikes.  We connect to lots of lovely bike trails.  The main road from the station to us is busy, especially during the summer season.   But once you get to our driveway you then follow a farm track for approximately half a mile to your destination.

Any problems call Georgie on 07930312555 who will be happy to guide you to your destination.

When you arrive, please park in the areas provided and spaces are clearly marked from there. It is an easy walk to your accommodation and you will find everything clearly marked. Please go ahead and find your accommodation, then give Georgie or Francis a call and they can show you around contact:  07930312555 Georgie (mobile)

For Lima and Posey walk across the field opposite the house and into the woods.

Walking

Feel free to explore our farm with 200 acres of  private woodland and meadow.  Next to the meadow behind the tents you will discover a huge area of woodland with loads of wildlife mowed paths, long avenues of trees, and the Evenlode River at the far end. For those who wish to be more adventurous we connect from our farm to the scenic Monarch's Way and Diamond Way footpaths or you can walk to Moreton in Marsh across the fields (approximately 40 minutes).  For those who wish to drive/park and walk we suggest this is a better solution.  There are footpaths at the Daylesford Farm shop and for beautiful scenery we suggest exploring The Slaughters/Guiting Power.
